Volunteers In Service exists to empower Christians to join Christ's work in their community for the purpose of building the Kingdom of God.  We partner with Christian churches to:

Mobilize the Church: Our training programs and educational resources guide the faith community in exploring community needs, understanding their call to serve, and prepare for service.

Equip God's People for Service: We actively identify community needs and connect volunteers and service groups from Christian churches with service opportunities available through local social service agencies.
